View Full Version : Animation: Moving Stones
Claus 01-17-2004, 04:03 PM Hi.
This is an animationtest of a character that I have made for my next short film.
At the same time it shows you who actually found Saddam Husseins hiding place first :) :)
Unfortunately he was never rewarded for it
Please give me some feedback and critique on the animation.

That's great! :)quite entertaining.
That was really cool. I love the jiggle in the belly, that was great.
however, I think the anticipation of him falling over is a little long. You know its gonna happen, so maybe make it a little quicker. Also, I'm not sure you'd hold the shovel the way he does... maybe Its just me.
Nice and fun.Jiggle bellies are always funny, unless they are your own.;)
I agree that the falling part could be a bit quicker.Still nice job.

The animation is fantastic. Nice, nice render too. Just a few points from me: he's a fun, bouncy character but he could use some more squash and stretch... when the shovel hits 'im in the face try something more extreme (like squashing his face) it looks like it hits him twice, equally hard, equally fast, as it is now it looks like a skip in the playback... when he starts to spin (a little too fast) before the final fall, there seems to be no momentum and he loses weight for that moment--of course all sense of it is lost when he freezes but that was obviously purposeful: the start of the spin looks more like a mistake.
Awesome!
