CGTalk - Final Gathering

This was a scene where i was experimenting with final gathering.

Does anyone have any general advice about what the accuracy settings and the min and max sampling should be when the properties panel is up?

any help would be appreciated

Hi, There,

According to the On-line Doc: "Shaders, Lights and Cameras" -> "Global Illumination & Caustics" -> "Final Gathering", the first "bulb"

A general rule of thumb to follow is that the Maximum Radius should be about 5%-10% of the scene's size (in SOFTIMAGE units). The Minimum Radius should be about 10% of the Maximum Radius' value.
