i dont know whats online but i have found that childrens books on dinosaurs have really nice clean illustrations - some are even fairly detailed - for more artistic illustrations, the Discovery Channel published a book that is just beautiful - "Walking With Dinosaurs" (i think)

i went looking online once and i had a hard time finding animal or dino "blueprints" or even just frontal and side views - but who knows, maybe you'll have better luck with google than I did

There's a book called Modeling Difital Dinosaurs by Ken Brilliant which is really good. Just modelling and textureing, no rigging or animating.

If you want good orthographic dino pics do a search for Greg Paul. He's doen tons of them.
