This is really just a materials test with 3DSMAX 3.1 but i liked the outcome of them expecially the first one. I like the sterile white/blue look of the scene aswell.

Well, it's neat stuff and all, going for the chris cunningham vibe, but if they're going to stand on their own then you need to add a lot more polys, the sharp edges and chunky bits really detract.

P.S. Seen that cat before, only C&C is for that crazy family to stop feeding it before it's mistaken for a beanbag chair, or there's a crushing incident involving the girl :)

maybe in later years they can just strap the cat on a skateboard :D

chris who is this guy - http://director-file.com/cunningham/

and in particular, "All is Full of Love" - http://director-file.com/cunningham/521.html

Still one of my all-time favorites..obviously he didn't invent the style altogether, but I'll be damned if he didn't perfect it.

Similar to the almighty Neil Blevins when he was first testing the Ghost system for Max, before it was renamed "Brazil".
