You guys already saw this character develop and I have already had him in the finished section, but I did some facial expressions today. Just too funny not to share!

Hey haven't seen this in the finished section but seen it here so I'll ask here.

How did you get those hairs like that? the real long ones standing on end?

Also had a look at your web site. Have you approached newtek with your clothes peg Lightwave logo? Could be on the box for version 8 :-)

Very cool, I do not think it is LW8 "type" stuff but it is awesome!!! I have a desktop from someone...I think Steve Warner that has like a coffee stain in a LW logo...very nice.. :) I love this kinda stuff.

Petrik,
Just done with Sas. All I did was grab some of the top polys on his head and created it's own surface name (sashair). Then went into Sas. and dropped the density down to about 19%. Length of the hair is about 57% and the length vary is at 100%. Dropped coarseness down to 12%. Throw in some curl and give it a little root droop and alot of tip droop. That's about it that I can think of, hope that helps.
:)

Na, I just remember a phase a couple years ago when people were doing wacky things with the LW logo. That was just my twist. Lot of fun though. I'm sure NT has a ton of them. Thanks for taking a look at the site:bounce:

kurv,
Thanks! Yeah, clothes pins rule!

telamon,
I know, it's killing me too!! I've got another idea about just putting different types of goofy hats on him and stuff. Of couse the facial expression to fit the hat.

Glad ya got a laugh, that's what it's all about.

Thanks!

fender ==> everytime I open this thread I burst out laughing, your character is very full of personnality. You should propose your work to Jean Pierre Jeunet, sure he'll love it :D

I am thinking of your character's girl friend. I am a bit scared but... the pictures of the virtual wedding should be great :applause:

-JT- ,
Thanks. Yeah, I don't blame you about the wallpaper thing.:)

telamon,
Ha, I thought about a girlfriend too. I'm in the middle of a couple other things right now, but's great idea! Will see what we can do...

btw, I'm still laughing at this guy too.
