Here is 640x480 divx animation (about 1.24megabytes) (http://koti.mbnet.fi/ppentik/porsche_wip_divx.avi)

Added the "vehicle" to topic ;).

Cool! That's a good start you have there :) A good idea with the animation, I never got around to doing them (scared of rendertimes :))

Thanks for your comments :).

I need help with door seams. I tryed to do them so that I extruded the door seam couple units inward and then I tryed fillet surface but it didnt work. Then I joined the extruded part and door together and tryed fillet edge command but it didnt work. So if someone could help me or give some idea I would be pleased :).

Here is little update.

I don't know what program you're using, but the method descibed here works very good for me (I'm using Cinema 4d).
It takes a bit of time doing it this way, but the result is good (at least for me it is :))

Small update again.

http://koti.mbnet.fi/ppentik/porsche_wip4.jpg

Figured out the way to do the body panel seams(at my mk2 golf model the door seams were much simpler to model). I exported the model with quite low quality settings so thats why the door seams are little jagged. Rear window shape isnt correct so have to fix that.

Still lot of to do...

what app are you using?

Great work by the way and the seams look very very nice.

Are you planing to make it a TURBO version or a standard 911?

pete, first off, very nice,

was wondering, is it mostly pointpulling or mostly surface modeling?...

Zorin: Planning to make turbo version. Thats why the fat wheel arches :D.

sabaman: Thanks. Pointpulling? Surface modeling? Modeled mostly with sweep 2 rails, surface from network of curves, loft, extrude and so on. So is it surface modeling?

that would make it surface modeling yes, very nice man, looks very good, not an easy car to do either in rhino,...

Okey... thanks. I dont know the names of different methods... I just model that way how it is easiest to do :D. You are right about that this is not the easiest model to do in rhino but Im pretty satisfied how it have turned out.
