Anyone watch this.
It was great.
Some info for the show.

Viggo Mortensen wasnt the first to be cast as the king!
First actor only lasted the first day.
Im guessing the first guy feels kind of like a dumbass about now.

Also PJ just finished up shooting some final scenes for ROTK last summer.

uhmm... I didn't see it.. but it sounds like there isn't much new revealed....

on the appendices of the fellowship, they talk about the casting goof for Aragorn, and it wasn't a mistake by the actor, they had cast the roll too young

It was PJ's decision to let the original actor go as he was too young to suggest the world-weariness of Aragorn.

PRobably one of the best choices anyone has ever made, Viggo totally controlled that role.

I agree Viggo fits great in that role.

Ok maybe the guy before feels rejected instead of a dumbass.

My bad.

But I bet not getting that part has aged him greatly.

Agreed, must have been a blow. Glad they did though, (as I'm sure is Leigh and the majority of the female population ;) ).
