I would say make the feet bigger but not so bulky (make flatter)

He's a wirey, sneaky character. The feet now look heavy and blocky

but that's a real nitpicky thing. I like the design :)

i agree with spoints... those feet give kind of a clunky feel... almost anti-sneaky =) and perhaps his legs could be a bit shorter.. animating a person with those proportions might make it look weird......and a fat police officier would be hilarious.
