Hey Gang,

I just downloaded the newer nVidia drivers and installed them. Now, Maya freaks out and I can't see anyting in some of the ortho and perp views when I spacebar between them

I'm running a GeForce4 Ti 4600 and WinXP.

Does anyone have this problem and does anyone have a workaround for it?

Shoot, even some suggestion for me to try would be nice too!

Thanks in advance,

Lu

Use the older version of the drivers. The new ones are obviously buggy.

Hey Beaker!

I was hoping that I wouldn't have to do that. Oh well.

Just when I thought nVidia was my friend. :D

peace,

Lu

Hi there!

I have run into this problem too with the new nVidia display drivers. The fix I found for it was to move the timeslider to frame 2 then back to frame 1 (or frame 1 to 0, either way). Doing that reset the view back to normal, I wrote a small script that did it for me and assigned it to a hotkey...now when the problem occurs I hit the button and all is fixed :)

Hope it works for you!
