Hmm, the upper head is too big compared to the lower half and the breasts are too parallel (hard to describe).
Otherwise a good start... well except for the eye-lashes of the lower eyelits, they are really strange :p

A few more shots would be good, side and front. It's hard to check porportions with just a perspective render
From what i can see I agree with Makowa
About the breasts: a general rule says that the nipples should have an angle of about 45° i think to.
I'd also change the ear, the upper part bends too much outward (because of the bigger upper head)
