I like your other character much better, this one kind of looks - messy, unrefined, almost like she had a run in with a few tubes of paint. It's a unique style tho.

I think it looks a little flat in some places, the transition from face to mutilated face doesn't seem natural. I also looks a bit grainy in some areas such as the eyelashes and strand of hair on the left, to me it looks a little out of place. Other then that, very nice!

I think you should move all the blurry stuff back a bit from her face. Its too cluttered. But thats my observation.
