HELL YA! I ALMOST did this character...heh never could beat this game...course I was like 12 when it came out. SOOO cool..I can't wait!

I wonder if they're making a third game in the series? Fade to Black (Flashback 3d) being the second, was pretty good i thought. Conrad's 3d model in that was pretty crude by today's standards.
Flashback is one of my all time favourite Amiga games. Was a hard choice, so many classics from my youth.
are you gonna 'spice' it up when you do it? looks like a stiff to me.
other than the blue pants and bomber jacket...

It will be a redesign, while still holding true to original. So the blue jeans and bomber jacket will remain. My goal is to build a really solid looking charactor. Nice form and balance, with excellent texture detailing and colour design.

I think Fade to Black technically is the third one - I believe that the first of the series was Out of this World. Good character choice.

comming along nicely, I think you should adjust the shoes a bit and definately put more detail into the face. And what's the current polycount? Keep it up.

What do you suggest for the shoes? I'm kinda going for sneaker hi-tops.
It's slightly over 2000 triangles.

Erhm, I'll take that back, I think the shoes will make fine sneakers with a texture on it. Maybe make a tad flatter..

He is certainly coming along fine. I think his head should be slightly bigger and the arms a bit shorter. keep it up!

Thanks, they were a little long. I havn't done much more modelling. Started the gun, which will evolve some more.
Really want to finalise most of the model and get started on the textures.

omg, out of this world...so old school. I was just a kid but that game was soo damn hard. Btw, Model's looking good so far.

It's from Obliterator. One of Psygnosis' first games. 1987-88.
