Its probably your system font in the display properties -> appearance...

but from memory:

Left hand side:
Inherit Visibility
Visible to Camera?
Visible to sumthing
Receive Shadows
Cast Shadows
Apply Frozen Yoghurt

Right hand side:
Backface Cull
Edges Only?
Vertex Colours?

and on the right side:

display as box
backface cull
