vRay seems to be quite more flexible than fR, so I decided to try...
...and a new little try with vRay (of course, all my very complicated maps using fR where f****ed... :D Displ maps rock with this renderer !!!

Hard to say something about it, hope we get to see the body soon :)

I'd say sadly "not a chance". :)
Don't have much time to work on my own images.
1 month of intensive use of Vray at work and I can't do anything without it now (replaced the max's scanline). It's so quick and intuitive...

Ok so i say something about it now:
It's pretty cool but i think the upper part above the "eye-line" is to flat. No human creature could get into it if it's a helmet. If not then it looks bad for a robot-design because they are often inspired by human shapes or proportions ;)
So it looks very unfamiliar. But besides

Thx.
You're right. Eyes are supposed to be almost at the middle of the head. ;)
Anyway, I guess the alien who has forgotten his helmet here is certainly too dumb to use a large brain volume.
