Creating a Menacing Storm scene

Brian Taylor the creator of Rustboy, in his forum he's shown how he created a menacing storm scene.

sure it sounds very good enough, with little more camera tricks it can be tweaked in to a great looking Clouds

Sweet! I'll be using this, not for animation though, but for an amazing simple technique for clouds. Thanks for the link s_rajesh78!
