you can just treat it like any bitmap image (eg, put it into the diffuse slot of a material & apply that material to an object) check your manuals & have a look at the section about the material editor...

remember this: Video often has fields, so you have to rerender in after effect or premiere or something else to remove the fields. After you've done this just work with the video as it was a bitmap.
So in max add bitmap to a diffuse channel, and apply it to an object... thats it
