wmendez: That is one slick case you have going there. It also looks like you printed some hotkey information on your keyboard, nice touch :)

you know you just gave me an idea. how about putting a second computer in the second case and using as a rendering computer. you can make it run together and have the second mobo inside with no ports showing and the you just wire it using a crossed ethernet wire inside. no one will ever know you have a second computer (well seing the size of the thing they might. and very nice mod to both of you.

dude, that sounds hella savage. The box just looked too clunky at first glance but that possibility lightened it up considerably... wow, that is an idea!

Thanks Stephen, yes the keys are done with avery clear lables in which I printed the shortcut keys on.
t-man -that would be some undertaking if you succesfully did that.

ohh no I would never do that. Case modding is absolutely not my thing. I have no need right now for a rendering computer, and I dont have any money to spend. I was just passing the idea I had to the rest of you.

Cool case, Will!
Funny thing T-man, I was just thinking of doing something similar a couple of weeks ago. Was thinking about building a second system and was looking around for a cube shaped case that would take two motherboards. Never could find any pre-made, may be a project I try one day.

Thanks Matt,
You know the Compaq Deskpro Xl's used to have there CPU an Memory on riser cards. So if the Architecture would support it it would not be a bad idea.
If you could find a way to mount 2 motherboards, 2 powersupplies you can probrably get it to work. here is a concept

Very cool. Is that alien head part of an animation? Can you post a link to at least some pictures? Sorry to go a little off topic.
