I wrote a small tutorial explaing how to use the Negative Contrast value of lights to give renders a bit more depth.

good little tut, I generally set all my lights to negative 20 or 25 %

Thanks people,
Its just something flingster was asking about a few weeks ago, and it was very useful indeed imo.
Perhaps setting it -50% is a bit high, but at least more people are aware of it now :)
Makes rendering look much better for such a simple value change
