CGTalk - Green and blue screen

I would like to learn about GREEN SCREEN and BLUE SCREEN but i don't know what's the difference between the two of them except for their colours. Can some experts please advise/guide me? Thanks

Really it depends on what you are trying to do and what kind of equipment you have.
