Hi,

(Sorry for the crosspost)

I'm working on a competition on www.cgchat.com and would like to know if you guys have comments on it.

It's about creating a beast and rider for 6000 polies max.

Here some concepts

Thats a nice start. Dont forget to add poly's to the joints of the animal.

Yeah i know about the joints ;-) they are however not even that bad deforming as they are, since the beast won't have very large movements.

But i will make them a bit more defined. I have a lot of polies to spare on the creature.

Thanx!

Nice work on the models and the reference art! I especially like the creature on all fours, the little bone protrusions are a nice added detail.

Hi, here some more work on the beast. It should be finished now or i will never make it in time for the entry date :-/

Anyway, i upped the resolution on the beast and now i'll be looking at removing polies until he is on schedule.

I'm thinking on just finishing the creature though and forget about the comp since i have so little time and i like how the beast has turned out.

Here they are

I'm going to work on the imps now.
