needs an enviroment to show of the refraction of the globe


pretty cool tho,i checked out some pictures of real globes and urs looks convincing...

This is a greating card, my friend need white background.
The sphere is reflected an enviroment, a littel bit, but don't refracted.

nice...I agree about needing some kind of environment. I started one of these the other day as part of a little christmas card scene but never finished...

The white background is bad. Kinda ruins the whole thing, other than that... snow globes ROCK!

I like it, it realy reminds me of Pixar's first movie Knick Knack :D:D

az uvegen lehetne meg egy kicsit csiszolni, esetleg a hatteret sotetebbre venni, ugy jobban ervenyesulne az uveg.

Actually, Max4D, "Knick Knack" was not Pixar's first. The first short film made by the official "PIXAR" was "Luxo Jr.". Luxo was followed by "Red's Dream" which was then followed by "Tin Toy." It wasn't until 1989 that "Knick Knack" came out.

"Knick Knack," however, is my favorite short film Pixar has made ("For the Birds" is a close second!)
