hi
i have read several threads around here and on google but i would like to have some opinions about the fx500 for 3dsmax + combustion + premiere !

I am not interested in games, so i don't really want some of the gforce cards, i just want something professional for 3d (architecture) and for video editing.

ps: the price for the fx500 is around 380 euro here in Paris. That's around the maximum of money i want to put into a videocard ;)

It's a good card. Personally i think a Quadro4 could be enough for your purposes though. Plus, until nvidia updates Maxtreme, Quadros will be slow in max 6. Your claim about gaming cards is debatable obviously.
