CGTalk - help rendering

hi all

there are details about my animation that i rendered

tiff format-720*576-25fps

but i didnt use field

and my question is if i send it to tv broadcast is there any problem

2>how can i add a field interlace after rendering(in post)

3>is it necesarry?
