That's beautiful! I especially like the tossled hair on the right side of her head, I also am interested in a wire...as well as perhaps a color version, if there's one? The specular burnout on the left side of her face, as well as the hard edge of the scarf on her chin bothers me a bit...still, very stunning.

Truly Excellent stuff!!
Your previous render of this girl was always one of my most admired images because of its eerie realism - this one betters it!
Love the eyes, hair and the lips!
One tiny thing though, i think that the bubbles detract from the realism.....
But still - fantastic work!
give this guy a Front page instead of those features!

very beautiful realism, the scarf when it meets the face tho seems to have to much contrast in realation to your entire image, i suggest just difusing the light a little more, i cant remeber how to do it in max, its been to long since ive used it but i know that that area just stands out alot
nice wires, nnice modle and great composition luv it

Absolutely stunning!
Most people that make characters do a great job modelling but can't get a character with 'emotion' in his/her eyes that makes it look alive... This one looks soo good and also has a great look in het eyes that really get's me, absolutely brilliant work in my opinion (i am gonna look at this a long, long time and then model a human head myself)
 Keep up the good/stunning work man!

You are a great artist and an inspiration for an emerging artist like me, so life like. Hard to imagine what new software will come out next, maybe use the new possibilities in unusual ways...
Try to re-imagine the remake of this for next year...

She is gorgeous. The last CG girl I saw that looked that real was Stahlberg's girl that was posed with the stool. Really nice. The Eyes had me convinced for a few seconds, but the shirt gave her away. I am still very impressed.

all you guys can say is "wow!!!", "excellent!!", "beautiful!!" and other shallow comments instead of giving him some critique.
it's very nice & all, very realistic (the face) - but the fabric doesn't match this reality. it doesn't look quite realistic as the rest.
i'm sure you could adjust that aswell if you're already able to make such a nice face.
and as someone already pointed out, those balls or bubbles are distracting a bit (i personally would remove them all)... but then again it's your piece.
