CGTalk - hotkey question

I am wondering if there is a hotkey in photoshop to switch between the two colors that you can select for your brush... instead of having to click on the switch arrow on the floating tool bar.

Also, if there are any hotkeys in photoshop that you find particularly useful please post them here. So far I have found [ and ] (for increasing/decreasing brush size) very time saving.

You mean switching between Background and Forground color?
Then X is the key.
