View Full Version : no alpha chanel (particles)
mirkoj 12-22-2003, 01:43 AM I can't get alpha chanel when rendering particles in hardware rendering buffer for later composing. I've tried hardware alpha, luminance, clamp... nothing. What could be wrong? Why images (.tga) rendered in hardware rendering buffer (not hardware renderer, where vector, software and mentalray are) coesn't have alpha chanel when it is checked???

Yes tga with alpha doesn't seems to work! Strange...
Could you try with .iff or .sgi format?
Those have an alpha channel.

.iff and tiff format have alpha... what is with tga? :))
