CGTalk - Material Plugin?

Does anyone know if there is a plug-in for organizing materials?
Is there something that will allow me to organize my materials and display them like in the material manager then allow me to add materials I click on to my current project?

So I can have them displayed in categories like brick, stone, ect ect. Then I could just open this plug-in and have is display all the material so I can browse my materials in all my different directories and add the ones I want to the material manager.

Try the built-in browser. It does exactly what you are asking.

I have that but I cant get the materials to to show like they do in the material manager.

Open a new scene
create a material
save the scene with only that material
load the file into the browser and you will get a preview
