I have recently downloaded a demo version of Deep Paint 3D and DeepUV. I am installing it for maya. Once i had finished installing both programs i loaded them and ran them. From there i went into maya to load the plugin after checking both loaded and auto-load for the plug i restarted maya. Once opening maya i got this message : Error: Cannot find procedure "CreateRightHemisphereMenu". Any suggestions?

Note: I am running Maya 5.0

Right Hemisphere has a newer plugin available on their website for the Maya plugin. Might want to check that out.

Hi,

I am looking for a paint program plug in application to Maya that can export a model with a uv set, paint the model while being able to see the model (in 3D) and the texture view at the same time and then import the painted model back into maya for animation. Does Deep Paint do this kind of thing?

I'm also a little confused on this kind of pipeline. It seems like all the Maya tools indicate you have to paint everything before you animate it, but most of the production pipeline recommendations I have looked at show models being created and then animated before the final paint and rendering stage. Do you know any good resources for discussion of production pipelines? Thanks.
