The lost mech left to sink into the swamp decades after its final battle. After building out the model in Maya. I brought it into Zbrush and developed the environment (trees, plant life etc) from inside zbrush using the fibermesh and micromesh functionality. The final render was completed in Zbrush as well using various BPR material renders in combination with Photoshop.
