What are some suggestions on putting together a reel/portfolio? A Website? Burning movies/images onto a disk? A video? All of the above??

I was thinking about putting together a Flash presentation, and then putting it onto a CD. Or would it be better to put it onto video tape?

I am just looking for some basic portfolio tips here,
