I created this for an orc thread down at conceptart forum. c/c welcome
*edit: After the suggestions I recieved, I refined the form of his legs and his right arm which was pointed out to be looking a little shorter.

I like your painting. Nice armour, and I like the use of color as well. Is it digital or is it painted with traditional media? The vague or implied background reminds me a lot of a Frazetta painting. Do find yourself being influenced by his style and technique? By way of a critique, the only thing bothering me are the legs. They seem to lack form and definition. They look just like a couple of round poles.
Other than that, Nice Job. You say it is for concept art, what will the end result be? Will it be modeled in 3d?

Vidar3d, thanks for the kind words. I wanted to keep it loose and painterly initially but it got lost when I started refining it. This is digital. I also have doubt about his legs, glad you mention that, it seem the more I have to refine it. I do find myself always intrigued by Frazetta use of colours although I don't see his influence much shown in my work.
I hope it would be modeled in 3D with more refinements but no plans as of such yet. Speaking of it, I'm getting pretty rusty since the last time I touch 3D was half year ago.
