i Like it.
The butterfly is ver nice.

Though there are some points i could mention.
You might have added a few more shadows on her body specially at her paws and legs.
The grass looks a little odd to me because you can see the sky through it even at the lower border of the picture.
at her ribbon you should have drawn some fur over it, the lower line is too clear i think.

So in my opinion the lower part of the picture looks kind of
unfinished compared to the great upper part.
well thats just my opinion. i might be wrong :)
