View Full Version : Anyone help my render outout to 300dpi

I have searched all over for the answer to this, but am having no joy. Whenever i render an image, even though i have output set to 300dpi in the render settings, i keep getting images at 72 dpi, when opened in photoshop.....

Can anyone tell me where i am going wrong. Any help much appreciated. I am running C4DR8.1

Just calculate in pixels the size of image at 300dpi

if it's 2inches x 2 inches at 300dpi

it's simply 600x600

thanks for that, also found i was using jpeg, tiff option appears to cure it too.

the joys of resolution.

It's like the offside rule in footy, it's a pain in the ass to explain to my girlfriend the difference between print res and screen res.
