This renderer is so cool. And damn fast too.

Oh and there are 3 lights in the scene. 2 points and one spot.

What type of rig you got there?:)

It's looking clean, nice. Have your render an animation?

By rig, I am assuming you mean computer.

The computer is a dual Xeon 1.7 with 256k on each chip. 512 meg ram

And no, no animation yet.

Ok more brain renders. This time I was playing around with the surfaces that Lyle put together in that shader ball scene with all the different fresnel examples. Renders were around 14 - 16 seconds each. These are more npr examples.

358,000 give or take a few polys. Its all a frozen model too. No sub-d's. It's still fairly interactive too. I only have a 32 meg quardro board.

Nope. No more tests.

Actually I am quite happy with what I came up with. I am holding off on any more tests till I figure out what the good doctor wants :) color and surface wise. And I will be using the renderer for that thing I emailed you about a week or so ago btw.
