CGTalk - Making faces planar

There was a discussion on here awhile ago about making vertices planar (but it turns out to only make them in line on a certain axis)

I looked on highend3d and couldn't find any scripts for making faces planar.
Sometimes when you extrude they extrude in different directions and end up being different lenghts (even with keep together turned on)
I've seen the making faces planar in action before, but i don't know what it's called. Help remind me what to look for.

I'm pretty sure it's actually in the plugin section on highend3d. And it IS there.
