The ambulance weighs in at 2200 Tri's, Only things remaining are the engine, chassis, suspension and interior.
On the other pic, theres the Lancia Beta (red) and the Lancia LC2 Prototype (white), both are currently less then 2000 Tri's.
Comments and critiques welcome.

don't worry bout the 'no replies' ... it's really busy here.
some people only follow a few threads and skip past new posts all together.
good work! the thing that jumps out at me is the interior of the rear door on the ambulance - no latch! ... it would seem its patients and crew might roll right out into the busy intersection! oh my!

Well, This is an area I seem to know a bit about....
Models look very nice...... but the texturing could be improved a bit. Personally, I try to make a car look shaded without the use of a high end render, since most games do not provide such a great rendering image as a high end rendering application.
Here are a few 3d Models I did for some games.(the first is not complete, but has the shading already embeded.
Course.... this all takes alot of time and TLC. ;) You seem to be after much the same as what I have been doing over the past few years. Good luck, and you have a really good eye for what you want.

hey... i remember downloading a few of your cars for Carmagedon 2.... LOD3D. Thanks for the comments, and BTW, i do shade my cars texturewise, you just cant see it as clearly in the renders.

Those are some sweet models Rmach..very well done I have no qualms about neither of them. Beroc those are some great models as well...and thats a very neat way to show off your 3d models.

That is an old "free" 3d java thing I found a long time ago... the company who owns it no longer gives it away like that, I would post it in a heartbeat, if I was sure it would not cause problems.... It is called 3d anywhere and basically converts vrml 97 files to 3da, an alternate 3d format. I dunno how secure they are, but the end result is quite positive.
RmachucaA: what software are you using to do these things??? (heh, there is always room on my site for a good modeler. ;) great pay, wonderful benifits... it's free you know.. LOL)
