Nice! Reminds me of the days of 8 bit home computers, especially the ZX Spectrum (except without the Colour Clash!)

I like the stippling. That is time well spent.. I would have a little heavier stippling though to really portray depth I see that you did a great job with it for the background already but I would put a little bit of harsh blacks around the faces.

Still looks great though. the blacks look like they flow into the whites nicely. Great job

Gotta love Paint. I agree with A-W. You have a really nice flow to the image. However, perhaps more contrast and harsh areas. You could do pure black in some areas, pure whites in another, to lead the eye through the composition. Not only does this center attention, but it also creates depth and makes the features of subject more pronounced.
