I found it at gallery of c4d-treff, it should be ur work right? how did u make this scene?

The model seems so perfect compared with the original XSI model,
and I think the light and the render result of yours is better. Do u use fake HDRI, and by which way. can u give me a tutorial?

Beautiful, at first I thought it was outside, but I guess with the window reflection there...

Yes, that pic is mine, thank ya for your post. I don't think that this pic is complete, it's only a WIP at the moment, I need to adjust maps, colours and image based lighting (maybe I'll follow kaiskai's HDRI fake tutorial). The fabric is a simple floor with a texture (i adjusted in ps the fabric color). The teapot is a low-poly sphere in a hypernurbs cage (with obvious extrusions, scaling, moving, bridging...). The other elements are Lathing Nurbs. There's only one light casting area shadows (NO SPECULARS). The lighting is image based. The sky is mapped with a LDR image (tiff). Global Illumination is activated. I wanted to obtain not the typical cgi round speculars so I positioned a 4 rectangular planes object mapped with a very high luminance setting (also alpha channel was used as you can see, you can use any image you want, i used a landscape). Rendertime: 1.18 (because of area shadow) on dual pIII 1000, 512 Mb Ram.

Thanks!
And the material and texture mapping of the teapot is very realistic, can you share your material settings?
