View Full Version : me Me ME! It's all about ME!!!
fwtep 12-13-2003, 05:45 PM I just want to mention that this month is a VERY busy one for me-- for messiah stuff (of course!) and other stuff (including holidays)-- so please understand that I won't be as active here or IRC as I'd like to.
The same goes for Lyle, though for him it's entirely messiah stuff. Actually he's always busy with messiah, but he's just even more busy now because he's trying to reverse engineer this SkyNet chip he found.

Sorry if this may be a stupid question... But what's a Skynet Chip...?
M.
I did a search on Google for Skynet Chip and this was one of the things it showed up:
http://www.extremetech.com/article2/0,3973,987512,00.asp
now look closely at this taken from that article:
"Apple engineers have used a prototype of the Skynet CPU to render a Photoshop image five million times faster than the Pentium 4, sources said."
5 millions times faster :surprised :surprised :surprised

I think it's a reference to the Terminator films starring California's governor.
