Let's say I have a location in UV Space. This location is contained within a triangle - no component lives at this location. How can I, through python preferably, get the triangle at that location?
To go one step further, how could take the location, add +/- 5% of UV space and pass that as a bounding region to grab any other triangles that may be near?

for example:

comps = getComponentAtLocation('pSphereShape1', position=[0.012, 0.75])
print comps
# ['pSphereShape1.f[36]']

or

comps = getComponentAtLocation('pSphereShape1', position=[0.012, 0.75], extend=0.01)
print comps
# ['pSphereShape1.f[34:37]']
