Is it possible to create these in maya?

For those who don't know what bezier curves are:
Curves that have handles on the CVs to control the 'curvynes'

(Sorry: bad english)

there is a plugin avalaible for this. i think it's called EZCurve. you can search for it on highend or cgchannel (saw this in the links)
