CGTalk - Spread connections?

What I'm trying to do is spread the rotation of a joint over 3 other joints (on the same axis), and divide the connections by ten..

For example: mainJoint.rx = 10000
Joint1.rx = 100
Joint2.rx = 10
Joint3.rx = 1

This can be done with expressesions. But I dont want to go that route that takes to long. I'm looking for a utility node or something like that...

Does anyone know of such a way?

use a multipy/divide utility.
