Can someone please tell me what it does and/or how to use it? I just need a quick pointer to get me started so I'm not fumbling around trying to figure out how to use it.

Think: This (http://www.happy-digital.com/pumpit.asp) only for FREE.
And for what it's worth, HD's PumpIt plugin (which I'm a proud owner of) ROCKS!
Cheers!

Thickner already exists and it does that only without the surface colors. (which I must admit that when I thicken some polygons I usually want them to be the same surface). What would be great is if it was in real time. :bounce:
BTW Proton... The technique you use, is it anything like this:
http://mapage.noos.fr/samuelLK/Belt.avi (365 kb)
It would be cool to have such a tool that is not only real time but can also add the wanted number of segments (under the numeric panel).
cool tool :)
Dstorm Rocks !

For what it's worth, Happy-Digital's PumpIt is both interactive and real-time.
Cheers!

The Extrude tool also works. In realtime to boot.

well not exactly free, it comes with the mod pak, which works for free, but is delayed without registration just like the plug pak.
