I can't save the blend file in 2.65a.

I reverted back to 2.64 and now I have the same problem in that version too.

Am doing some troubleshooting on my own here and when I run as administrator I am allowed to save the .blend file. I made comparison to wordpad when it comes to user permission of the system and they both "the settings" looks like blender.
I would appreciate some feedback as I've never have been forced to be admin until the 2.65a version.....
