SM 30 - 12-16-2012 to 12-23-2012

Hello and welcome to the 30th Speedmodelling Challenge! This time from Sunday to Sunday.

This weeks theme is: Fruit

Feel free to model any kind of fruit of your picking might it be an apple, banana, pineapple or yea just as long as it is tasty. :)
Nah just kidding.
My forum time is cut down in size these days and I don't really have that much time for modeling either I'm afraid, at least I had time to post this thread.
You decide on your own time limit this time around.
See you guys.

Here's a tangerine!

Model didn't take long, but trying to learn how to do displacements again took some time.

Hey palf, nice work.

I think you could have pushed it a lil bit more. It is still to round on the top. And the "holes" are too strong - might look better if they where bigger and less strong.

Fruits are really hard to make.

I made a Strawberry a while ago. Tried to sculpt it then re-thought and just pushed in every other vert and let the smooth let do the job.

Good work guys, looks good. I was gonna do a model yesterday but my software was acting up. Maybe I can do something for the next theme.
Do you guys have any ideas for the next session?
