hard&soft edge?????

Imo this is not possible ... ?!

If you have define your soft/hard edges you can show it using Display->Polygon Components->Soft/all edges (this is a toggle).

All softedges will be shown as dotted line, and hardedges will be shown as solid line.

To select only hardedges, use Edit Polygons->Selection Constraints. On properties set Smoothing to hard (dont forget to switch Constraint to Next/Current and Next/All and Next), if you want to select hardedges or set Smoothing to smooth if you want to select soft edge.
