Wow that's..almost too much. Lots of anims in there.
I picked 3 and 23, those I liked. Based on most finished-looking product, ie. good looking, animated properly, properly made.
..so I guess if it's up to me that Ultimate Animated Frisbee Game thing would be a short one :)
Cool idea with the whole collaboration-thing.

What did you think of Oz Adi's La-Linea?
You know it's completely 3D...

I just watched, and I was wondering who the participants are and if they are in anyway connected, is this an open exercise or is this a student run thing out of a school?
either way I liked 10, 13 and 16 the most. I love the carefree spirit it takes to do the at home animation jam. I love it. Alot of times people (me) get so caught up trying to make the oscar winner, we forget to progress in stages. Word up to all. and thanks for the post.
Oh, I'd like to do one,is this still open and what are the requirements?

The challenge was initiated by the Hebrew Animation forum. Most animators there are forum members, and some just heard about it and wanted to participate.
The challenge was also endorced and promoted by ASIFA Isarel.
A lovely Israel animation site. Sort of an Israeli CGChannel...

Anyway, there are some students, some professionals, and some novices. Only thing in common is they're all from Israel.
As for participating - sorry, the challenge is over.
A new one had began here:

but it is nearing completion. More wil come, so i'll keep you posted.
