She's back! Blizzard's Becca Baldwin will be joining the CGWorkshops team with her 8 week, fully mentored workshop, "Creating and Styling CG Hair" starting in January 2013.

In this course you will learn how to dive in to CG hair for the first time or improve skills you already have. Any skill level is welcome! The course is flexible to work with you to improve your skills wherever they may be, in whichever hair package you choose to use. At the end of the course you will have several portfolio pieces you can use whether it is focusing solely on a hair portfolio or adding the finishing touches on character models.

For a detailed, week by week course outline, check out CGWorkshops (http://workshops.cgsociety.org/courseinfo.php?id=327&utm_source=cgsociety&utm_medium=forumpost&utm_campaign=baljan327) .

Becca will be there along the way to walk you through advanced techniques to achieve any human hair style and how to integrate them into production pipelines.

"Becca is an amazing tutor.. very positive and helpful and responds to questions quickly and in detail so you're constantly moving forwards. So much effort and content was packed into each set of classes and having hardly touched CG hair before, the pace was perfect. She also provided extra videos to look after both Maya and 3DSMax users as well as providing short written articles each week explaining what to look out for and how to achieve certain looks and styles which complimented the videos perfectly. If you want to learn CG hair.. this is definitely the course! I hope she comes back with another class in the future, as I'll be sure signing up for it!" Paul Ashall, student, June 2012
