Hi Everybody,
We just released FluidRay RT real-time global illumination renderer (http://www.fluidray.com). FluidRay RT uses Intel's Embree raytracing kernels (released under the Apache 2.0 license) as intersection engine. Thanks to that, FluidRay RT provides a real-time photorealistic workflow inside a WYSIWYG interface without the need for a fancy GPU. Because there is no GPU memory limitation, you can work with scenes as big as your system's RAM allows.
You can download FluidRay RT here: FluidRay RT real-time global illumination renderer download (http://www.fluidray.com/downloads).
This version has all the features of the full version, no limited resolution or watermarks, so you can use it in your works for free. It's a 30-Day trial with free renewal, meaning that, up until the release of the final version, you can keep renewing the license for free.

Animation support is being implemented, but it's not complete yet.

A 30 day trial is not free. It`s limited to 30 days. Another limit is that it is Beta. Just saying.

But looks indeed interesting.

ok, free "Up until the release of the final version"

start price at $300 looks alright though, it's hard to say, how does it compare to LuxRender and Arion...

Looks interesting. What kind of animation will support?.., will it be just camera movements and object rotations, scale, transform..?.., or would it have geometry deformations through cache like MDD or ALEMBIC?

Yeah it will support animation for camera/objects transformation in the first step, and then we'll add support for animated deformation as well.

Just released FluidRay RT 0.7.6 Beta featuring:
-Ability to save in high dynamic range formats (.exr and .hdr)
-Wavelength dependent index of reflection for dielectrics (dispersion)
-Some gems materials to the library
