We're a start-up called Rendicity, we've developed a (public) cloud rendering product which you can use to create and destroy your own on-demand render farms. We have just added Blender 2.64 support, including Cycles with CUDA rendering on Amazon Tesla GPUs. We're up and running and looking for some trial Blender customers to kick the tyres and see what you think.
